This soap came about as a result of a request for a custom soap from the /r/wet_shavers subreddit, and both the scent and the name were the result of popular votes on that subreddit.
This soap is the first to use a new soap formula from The Los Angeles Shaving Soap Company which includes avocado oil and cocoa butter, and substitutes beer for water. The result is a nice light brown soap with an excellent thick lather, and an excellent post-shave feel.
The ingredients and essential oils in this soap combine to provide a subtle, warm, earthy, almost spicecakey scent. As I described the scent elsewhere, it's almost "what you might expect if a forest gnome invited you for a holiday dinner - quiet, kind of earthy, with some hints of spice"
